Understanding your Guest Rental Agreement
Every reservation at Open Roads Retreat requires a signed Guest Rental Agreement. Once you make a reservation, the primary guest will receive this agreement via email. It is essential to review, sign, and return it to Open Roads Retreat LLC. Your reservation will only be confirmed once the signed agreement has been received. This agreement details your responsibilities, rental terms, and crucial policies designed to ensure a pleasant and secure stay for all guests.
Key rules for a happy stay
To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, guests are responsible for adhering to all rental policies and house rules. This includes respecting the property and surrounding community, observing designated check-in and check-out times, and respecting quiet hours. Please ensure your party does not exceed the property’s maximum occupancy. Report any damage, breakage, or maintenance issues as soon as they are discovered. Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves or members of their rental party, beyond normal wear and tear. Parties, unauthorized guests, and activities violating property, resort, HOA, or local rules are strictly prohibited. Property-specific rules, such as pet and smoking policies, will be provided with your reservation details.
Enjoying our unique amenities
Our properties offer unique amenities crafted for comfort and enjoyment. Pine Trail Cabin provides a mountain escape with a fully stocked kitchen, two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious deck, kayaks, games, a grill, smoker, propane fire pit, accommodating up to 8 guests. Our Rocky Point condo at Sonoran Spa Resort offers a relaxing coastal getaway with resort amenities for up to 6 guests. Property-specific information, instructions, and rules for using amenities will be included with your reservation. Guests are expected to use all amenities responsibly and adhere to all applicable safety, resort, HOA, or property regulations.
Assistance and important procedures
Should you encounter any problems or notice damage during your stay, please contact Open Roads Retreat LLC as soon as possible so we can address the issue promptly. Any damage, breakage, or missing items caused by the guest or their rental party must be reported immediately, and guests may be responsible for related costs. For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in the rental agreement and booking information for your reservation. Our goal is to communicate quickly, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay.
