Thank you for choosing Open Roads Retreat. Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, and memorable vacation experience. By making a reservation, guests agree to comply with the following policies during their stay.

1. Reservation Requirements

• The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

• The primary guest must remain at the property for the duration of the reservation.

• The person making the reservation accepts responsibility for all guests occupying the property.

2. Occupancy

Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property overnight.

Maximum occupancy limits must not be exceeded.

Unauthorized guests or gatherings may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation without refund.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 1:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms and cancellation policies are governed by the booking platform or reservation confirmation.

5. Property Care

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property with care and respect.

• Keep the property reasonably clean throughout their stay.

• Notify us promptly of any damage, maintenance concerns, or accidents.

• Leave the property in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Guests may be responsible for excessive cleaning, missing items, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

6. No Parties or Events

Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Open Roads Retreat is intended for quiet vacations and family getaways.

7. Quiet Hours

Pine Cabin

10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Puerto Peñasco Condo

10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Guests are expected to respect neighboring homes, resort guests, and community rules.

8. Smoking

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside both properties.

Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

9. Pets

Pine Cabin

Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damage caused by them.

Puerto Peñasco Condo

Pets are not permitted.

10. Resort Policies (Puerto Peñasco)

Guests staying at the Sonoran Spa Resort should be aware of the following:

• Resort security is staffed 24 hours a day.

• All guests must check in with resort security upon arrival.

• Government-issued identification may be required.

• Full names of all guests must be provided before arrival.

• Resort wristbands issued by the main office must be worn while using resort amenities.

• Guests must comply with all Sonoran Spa Resort rules and regulations.

11. Safety

Guest safety is our highest priority.

Please:

• Supervise children at all times.

• Exercise caution around pools, balconies, stairways, fireplaces, grills, and the ocean.

• Use caution when swimming. Ocean conditions can change quickly.

• Follow all posted safety notices.

• In Pine, respect wildlife and comply with local fire restrictions.

Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of members of their party.

12. Amenities

Our properties are stocked with many of the comforts of home.

Guests are welcome to bring groceries, bottled water, coffee, and personal items.

At the Puerto Peñasco condo, beach chairs and beach towels are provided for guest use. Please return all items to the condo before departure.

13. Lost & Found

Open Roads Retreat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings.

If an item is found after departure, we are happy to arrange its return at the guest's expense.

14. Liability

Guests acknowledge that they occupy the property at their own risk.

Open Roads Retreat, its owners, and representatives shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss of personal property, weather events, utility interruptions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Right to Refuse Service

Open Roads Retreat reserves the right to refuse service, decline reservations, or terminate a stay without refund for violations of these policies, illegal activity, property damage, excessive disturbances, or behavior that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.
